This page applies to the Mivo Party mobile application and requests to delete a Mivo Party user account and its associated data.

Disconnecting Mivo Party from your Google Account stops future Google Sign-In access but does not delete your Mivo Party account. To delete the Mivo Party account and associated data, complete one of the options below.
Option 1: Delete in the app
If you can sign in, this is the fastest way to submit your request:
Open your profile
Sign in to Mivo Party and open your Profile.
Open account settings
Select Settings, then choose Account & Security.
Select Delete Account
Review the information, complete the confirmation steps, and submit the request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@nuolaparty.com from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your Mivo Party user ID or profile name.
We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password, government identification, or payment-card information unless our support team explains why a specific verification method is legally necessary.
What will be deleted
After verification and processing, we will permanently delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including:
- profile and account details;
- social connections and account preferences;
- content tied to your account, subject to the exceptions below; and
- device and usage information no longer needed for a permitted purpose.
Your profile will no longer be available to other users. Content shared with others may remain where it has been independently retained or in de-identified form.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to:
- meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- complete pending transactions or resolve billing disputes;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or attempts to evade a safety ban;
- protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten in our normal backup cycle. Retained information is restricted from ordinary use and removed or de-identified when the applicable purpose ends.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires more time, we will notify you. A request can be canceled only before deletion is finalized.
